Business Development Manager - Bracknell - Up to £30k basic - OTE £50k/Year 2 £60k/Year 3 £80k+
We are currently working with a successful software business based in the heart of Bracknell. Due to growth, they are looking for an energetic, ambitious Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager to join their close-knit team.
Top earners in this team are earning in excess of £90k+

Role Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads through a multitude of media from LinkedIn to telephone.
- Be the first contact for inbound leads through the website
- Pitching the software through online demos and over the telephone
- Ensure that KPI’s and targets are met and exceeded.
- Work as an individual and as part of a team to share ideas and best practice.

Skills and Experience:
- B2B sales experience is essential
- Self-motivated and resilient individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to plan and prioritise as required
- Be able to work using your own initiative in order to meet and exceed targets
