What you'll do
- Manage and coach a team of BDRs to generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the sales team.
- Lead a highly motivated and high-achieving Sales team, including hiring, training, and mentoring.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the inbound and outbound team to ensure quotas are met and achieved.
- In partnerships with Revops and Marketing, provide reporting on lead volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversions, and sales opportunities generated against each marketing campaign.
- Closely monitor metrics against goals and call out any issues with a proactive solution if issues are identified.

Who you are
- Experience directly managing a team of SDR/BDR’s (growth-stage experience highly preferred).
- Experience as a quota achieving BDR.
- Metrics-driven - driving the team to keep on top of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to maintain confidentiality and business ethics.
- Expert in using Salesforce and other sales tools/products (Outreach, Gong...) to drive productivity.
- Full sales cycle experience (e.g., as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or Closing Rep) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to effectively hire and train new reps.
- Growth Mindset, a desire to bring out the best in your teams. Ready to introduce & try new ideas and constantly excel - make all those around you better.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments and the ability to work through unknowns that can often develop with a sales and product roadmap that iterates and adapts quickly.
