Business Development Manager
Network Services & Managed IT Solutions
West London / Hybrid (3 days per week in office and client meetings)
£60,000-£75,000 basic | £120,000-£150,000 OTE (uncapped)

We've been engaged to recruit a Business Development Manager for a leading technology consultancy. This is a senior new business role focused on winning enterprise customers across the UK and EMEA, helping drive the continued growth of an established and highly respected technology business.

Known for its collaborative culture and technical expertise, the company is investing heavily in the growth of its commercial division over the coming years.
The Role
- Sell network consultancy, managed services, and enterprise software solutions.
- Target enterprise organisations across the UK and EMEA.
- Engage senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, and Network Managers.
- Generate new business through a combination of BDR support, marketing, events, and self-generated activity.
- Manage complex sales cycles of approximately 3-6 months using a structured value-selling methodology.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales Consultants throughout the sales process before handing over successful projects to delivery teams.

The Candidate
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
- A proven track record selling network services, managed services (MSP), or through a VAR environment.
- Genuine new business hunter with experience winning enterprise accounts.
- Comfortable selling consultatively into senior IT decision-makers.
- Resilient, commercially driven, and confident building relationships face-to-face.
- A proactive, start-up mentality with the desire to contribute beyond your own sales target.
The Package
Basic Salary: £60,000-£75,000
OTE: Uncapped - £90-£125,000
