💼 The opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager to join a growing Network Services team, with a clear focus on new business and revenue growth.

This isn't a transactional sales role. You'll be selling complex technology solutions and services into enterprise organisations, uncovering business challenges and working alongside technical, consulting and delivery specialists to build the right solution.

You'll have the opportunity to work across areas including:

🎯 What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and winning new business
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Engaging CIO, CTO and IT Director-level stakeholders
  • Researching organisations and uncovering business challenges
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Developing account and opportunity plans
  • Working with pre-sales and technical teams to shape solutions
  • Leading complex sales opportunities through to close
  • Managing objections and commercial negotiations
  • Accurately forecasting sales and revenue

🧠 What we're looking for

You'll ideally have a successful track record in B2B technology sales, particularly within:

  • IT Services
  • Managed Services
  • Network / Infrastructure Services
  • Cloud
  • Cyber / Security
  • Technology Consulting
  • Data Centre Services
  • Digital Transformation

You don't need to be a network engineer. What's important is that you understand complex technology sales, know how to uncover a customer's real business problem and can bring the right technical people together to create a compelling solution.

📍 The package

£70,000-£90,000 basic + competitive OTE
