What you'll be doing:
This is a field-based role where you'll work closely with a portfolio of estate agency partners, developing tailored growth plans that increase engagement with our auction proposition and wider product suite.
You'll spend time understanding each partner's business, identifying opportunities, delivering training and coaching, and becoming a trusted advisor who helps them achieve their commercial goals.
Working collaboratively with internal teams, you'll champion best practice, create new cross-selling opportunities and ensure every partner receives an outstanding experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with estate agency partners across your portfolio.
- Develop and deliver tailored business growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase auction activity and promote our wider product suite.
- Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Influence stakeholders at every level, from negotiators through to business owners.
- Share market insights, success stories and best practice to help partners maximise performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience.
- Manage your own diary to maximise customer engagement and commercial results.
- Act as an ambassador for iamproperty, representing our values in every interaction.

What are we looking for?
- Experience within the property industry (Estate Agency experience is highly desirable).
- A successful background in business development, account management or B2B sales.
- A proven track record of achieving commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to coach, influence and develop others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with plenty of drive and resilience.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight when required.
