Sales Manager, Commercial Sales

The Sales Manager, Commercial Sales is primarily responsible for selling DeepHealth's product portfolio in an assigned North UK territory. The role develops new accounts, expands existing ones, and closes multi-year contracts, high-level renewals, and partnerships by working hospital decision-making units. It owns the territory sales cycle from qualified opportunity to signed agreement, including pipeline quality and forecast. This is an individual-contributor role. Sales Manager names the selling job, not people leadership.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own the assigned North UK territory, including new business, account expansion, high-level renewals, and partnerships.
  • Map and manage hospital decision-making units to gain stakeholder acceptance and close signed contracts.
  • Build and qualify pipeline with the commercial team, converting interest into an actionable sales funnel.
  • Drive conversion from qualified leads to multi-year contracts.
  • Manage sales-cycle metrics to improve funnel health, cycle time, and forecast predictability.
  • Follow regulatory, quality, and privacy requirements in all commercial activity.
  • Share product feedback and market intelligence with product, medical, marketing, compliance, and commercial colleagues.
  • Work with internal teams so customers have a coherent experience through the full lifecycle.
  • Attend local and global industry trade shows as required.
  • Initiate market and segment activities that create new commercial opportunities in the territory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
