Job Description
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Hydrafacial is the most-requested professional skin health treatment in the world. The Business Development Manager is the primary revenue relationship between SkinHealth Systems and its provider base — the person responsible for ensuring that every Hydrafacial account achieves its full clinical and commercial potential. This role directly drives consumable revenue, provider loyalty, and the long-term growth of the Hydrafacial brand within a defined territory.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a defined territory of provider accounts for Hydrafacial and the full SkinHealth Systems treatment platform, proactively introducing new products, protocols, and treatment boosters to increase utilization and consumable reorder rates.
- Partner with each customer to develop individualized business plans that drive patient volume, improve treatment menu positioning, and increase practice revenue attributable to Hydrafacial.
- Drive second-system and trade-up device purchases within the existing customer base by identifying growth opportunities and building ROI-based business cases.
- Utilize trunk stock strategically to increase booster penetration, support in-office demonstrations, and expand treatment protocol adoption.
- Deliver hands-on clinical and business training to providers and their staff — independently or in partnership with the Regional Training Specialist — covering patient consultation, front desk coaching, and treatment protocols.
- Support provider loyalty program engagement, including the My Beauty Health app and online ordering platform, to improve operational efficiency and client retention.
- Execute field programs and in-office events to drive advanced treatment utilization and reinforce Hydrafacial's clinical and commercial value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Sales Managers, Regional Training Specialists, and Inside Business Development Managers to execute cohesive territory strategies.
- Represent SkinHealth Systems at customer events, regional meetings, and trade shows to strengthen provider relationships and brand presence.
- Maintain accurate and complete daily documentation of all customer interactions, business plans, and activities in Salesforce.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
