Sales Manager – North UK
Radiology Software and AI
An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international healthcare technology company transforming how radiology services operate.
The business provides a powerful portfolio of AI-enabled imaging solutions, including PACS, RIS, workflow, reporting, and clinical AI technology. Its platform helps hospitals connect imaging data, improve operational efficiency, and give radiologists the tools to work faster and more effectively.
As the company continues to expand across the UK, it is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop its presence throughout Northern England and Scotland.
The opportunity
- Take ownership of a high-potential North UK territory
- Sell an innovative portfolio spanning radiology software, workflow, and AI
- Develop new NHS accounts and expand existing customer relationships
- Engage radiology leaders, IT teams, procurement, and senior hospital executives
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through to contract
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-level renewals
- Create and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for the region
- Represent the company at major UK and international industry events
- Share customer insights with product, marketing, medical, and commercial teams

What we are looking for
- At least three years of successful healthcare or healthcare technology sales experience
- Strong experience selling into the NHS
- A track record of closing complex hospital or healthcare IT contracts
- Confidence navigating multiple stakeholders within hospital decision-making groups
- Experience engaging senior NHS executives, clinical leaders, IT, and procurement
- The ability to independently develop and grow a regional territory
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial negotiation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel regularly across the territory
