Business Development Manager

Location: Heywood (Flexible with travel to sites as needed)

Lineage is the world’s largest provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, employing over 25,000 colleagues globally. Well known for our leading market position in temperature-controlled warehousing, we are also building significant growth through our Integrated Solutions segment, which combines Forwarding, Customs and Road Transportation. To achieve this next step, we are hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on end-to-end frozen supply chain solutions.

The Role

This position combines tactical sales activities to provide end-to-end frozen supply chain solutions and also a strategic focus on developing new customer-driven solutions for Road Transportation and International Forwarding.

  • You will also work with existing Lineage accounts, for example collaborating with warehousing customers to identify opportunities to broaden Lineage's service offer.
  • The role requires building strong relationships with supply chain decision makers and tailoring solutions that deliver long term value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
