Business Development Manager – Document Solutions / Managed Print

Cardiff, Bristol & Surrounding Areas
£40,000 basic (DOE) + Car Allowance + Uncapped OTE 20% New Business Commission + Additional Kickers

A leading Managed Print & Document Solutions provider is expanding and seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Document Solutions / Managed Print industry. This role is built for a true hunter, someone who thrives on generating new business, building pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term, profitable relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating your own new business opportunities across Cardiff, Bristol and surrounding regions
  • Managing and growing a small portfolio of existing accounts (allocated based on location)
  • Leading the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, closing and retention
  • Presenting a full document solutions and managed print offering with confidence and clarity
  • Building long-term relationships and identifying wider opportunities across the service portfolio
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer service

What You MUST Bring

  • Experience in the Document Solutions / Managed Print industry = essential
  • A proven ability to self-generate leads and build your own pipeline
  • A consistent track record of delivering £200k+ GP per annum
  • Strong B2B sales experience with a proactive, resilient, hunter mentality
  • The ability to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive long-term value

What’s On Offer

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary (for proven £200k GP performers)
  • Higher basic available for candidates exceeding £200k GP
