Business Development Manager - Real Estate
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + attractive incentives

Latinum HR Solutions is hiring a Business Development Manager for a real estate client based in Central London. We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented professional who can build strategic relationships, generate qualified business opportunities, and convert them into sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, investors, and channel partners.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build and expand a strong professional network within the property sector.
- Represent the client confidently in meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or business development is mandatory.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Experience in developing broker, agent, investor, and channel partner networks.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- UAE real estate market experience will be a strong added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business growth.
