ABOUT PRESS Healthfoods

PRESS Healthfoods is a fast-growing, dynamic health brand on a mission to become the UK's #1 natural food & drink company that delivers functional benefits for a healthy, active lifestyle. PRESS has created a strong footprint in the B2B industry through offering a wide range of healthy, functional products - juices, smoothies, shots, meals, soups, and snacks. Our E-Commerce site serves over 40,000 customers with more consumers than ever looking for nutrient dense, natural food and drink.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PRESS Healthfoods is looking for a driven, on-trade sales professional to open new hospitality accounts for our range – hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs. This is a new-business hunting role, you'll build a pipeline from scratch, win new listings, and lay the foundations for a growing on-trade channel. You'll start with a London focus and expand nationally as the business and your account base grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–4 years' sales experience in the on-trade / hospitality channel (food, drink, or related FMCG).
  • A genuine new business hunter, comfortable with cold outreach and door to door prospecting, not just account management.
  • Existing relationships or working knowledge of the London hospitality scene. A well-connected black book is a strong plus.
  • Confident negotiator, resilient in the face of rejection, and self-motivated to work without daily supervision.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly, with travel expanding beyond London over time.
  • Genuine interest in health, food, and wellness brands is a plus but not essential.
