Welcome to Free Thinking Drinking

Beyond Belief Brewing Co. is leading the way towards a waste-free future. Thinking free of the constraints of the brewing industry, we have developed a range of products made using surplus food as a replacement for up to 50% of the base malt in beer. Our patented process has led to some truly cosmic products made with all manner of surplus raw materials from Pasta to Brownies and beyond!

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our incredible sales team. We are a business built on a genuine and proven commitment to sustainable sourcing and production, making use of our revolutionary brewing process.

This is a field-based role, and you'll be out for much of the week, meeting customers, opening new accounts, and championing our brand across many different businesses. When you’re not in the field, you will be collaborating with our wider team at our HQ in Borehamwood and helping us drive the Free Thinking Drinking movement. You can find out more about BBB at www.beyondbeliefbrewing.co.uk.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
