There are not many commercial roles where the outcome of your work can be seen in the way a real piece of land is managed for decades to come.
I’m working with Natural Asset Partners, a small, founder-led natural capital business that is building partnerships for nature recovery.
Bringing together expertise in ecology, investment and land management, the team works with landowners, developers and investors to turn emerging opportunities in natural capital into tangible projects on the ground.
They are now looking for a Sales Lead to work directly alongside the founders and help build the commercial engine behind the next stage of the business. This is a very hands-on role, building up to owning the BNG sales strategy and delivery. You will take genuine ownership for:
- Managing BNG unit sales from initial enquiry through to contract
- Building relationships with developers, planners, ecologists and infrastructure clients
- Developing referral partnerships across the natural-capital market
- Improving the CRM, pipeline reporting and commercial processes
- Gathering market intelligence and turning it into action
- Helping shape pricing, propositions and partnership models
- Supporting the company’s expansion beyond BNG into wider natural-capital markets

Natural Asset Partners operate with high trust, high expectations and considerable autonomy. You will work closely with the people making the decisions, be expected to contribute ideas and have a clear line of sight between the deals you progress and the landscapes those deals help restore.

You’ll work directly with the founders, take real ownership, help shape how the business grows and get exposure to a fast-developing market with tangible, real-world impact.

We’re looking for someone bright, commercially minded, curious and ambitious, someone who wants responsibility, autonomy and the chance to build, not just inherit, the way things are done.
There’s also a strong focus on using AI, automation and technology to build a smarter commercial engine as the business scales.
Experience in natural capital, planning, infrastructure, environmental markets or real assets would be useful, but is not essential. Commercial judgement, high attention to detail, curiosity and character matter more. There is significant scope for the role to grow in both responsibility and seniority as the company scales. This is a remote (UK) role with regular travel to project sites.
