Business Development Manager | Remote UK | £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
We're excited to be partnering with a fast-growing tech & transformation consultancy to recruit their first dedicated Business Development Manager. This is an opportunity to create, shape, and scale a commercial function within a business that is transforming customer operations across sectors including travel, retail, fintech, healthcare, public sector, and more.
As the face of the business to prospective clients, you'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospects through to working with senior leaders to secure new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Developing and executing business development strategies
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Managing the full sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and events to drive growth
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities
- Working closely with operational and marketing teams to improve client outcomes

What we're looking for
- Successful business development experience
- Ideally background in professional services, consultancy, contact centre, CX, technology, or service-led sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with experience working remotely
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
