Business Development & Sales Manager
📍 Trafford Park, Manchester
£29,000 to £50,000 basic + uncapped commission
We're growing.
AWM Group is an award-winning signage, branding and vehicle graphics business with an impressive client portfolio, a strong reputation and a consistent pipeline of inbound enquiries.
We're looking for a consultative B2B Sales Manager who enjoys building relationships, developing existing accounts and winning new business.
This isn't a cold-calling role with an empty CRM. You'll inherit warm leads, established customer relationships and work alongside experienced design and production teams to deliver high-quality projects for businesses across the UK.

What you'll be doing
- Convert inbound enquiries into long-term customers.
- Develop existing commercial accounts.
- Win new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Manage projects from enquiry through to completion.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling signage, print, branding, vehicle graphics or similar commercial solutions.
- A consultative approach and a passion for developing client relationships.
