We’re working with a fast-growing, purpose-led business operating within the rewards, incentives, loyalty and customer engagement space. With an established proposition and ambitious plans for growth, they are now looking to hire a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate their new business activity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the front end of the sales process and is comfortable taking ownership of generating opportunities from scratch.
The Opportunity:
You’ll play a key role in driving new business growth across a range of solutions including:
- Rewards and incentives
- Customer loyalty and engagement
- Customer acquisition and retention campaigns
- Gift card and voucher solutions
- Reward and recognition programmes
- Claims and customer compensation solutions
You'll be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities across sectors including Insurance, Energy, Telecoms, Travel, Broadband, Utilities and Financial Services. This is a genuine new business role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of prospecting, opening conversations and converting opportunities into long-term commercial relationships.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across key target sectors
- Building a strong pipeline through proactive outbound activity
- Using phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and other channels to generate opportunities
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to negotiation and close
- Engaging senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Loyalty and Procurement teams
- Developing a strong understanding of client challenges and building commercially compelling solutions
- Working closely with internal teams across Marketing, Operations and Product

Required Experience:
We're particularly interested in speaking with people who have a strong track record in B2B new business sales and are comfortable operating in a proactive, high-energy environment. You could currently be selling within:
- Rewards and incentives
- Loyalty and customer engagement
- Promotional marketing
- Employee engagement and recognition
- Gift cards and voucher solutions
- Customer acquisition and retention solutions
- SaaS or technology-enabled platforms
