Lanas is igniting healthcare innovation
For nearly three decades, we have connected GPs, pharmacists, specialists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals with the best technology possible, from trusted everyday systems to new innovative tools that add real value for our customers.
Our technology is used by millions of clinical users in over twenty countries. From core clinical workflows to AI-driven innovation, our products help reduce admin, improve access, drive efficiencies, and support safer, more connected care.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious people who want to make a genuine impact by helping healthcare providers embrace technology that improves patient care.
The Opportunity
RxWeb is one of the UK's leading pharmacy software platforms, trusted by pharmacies across the country every day.
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our customer base by winning new business and becoming a recognised face across your territory.
This is a genuine field sales role.
You'll spend most of your time out with customers, meeting pharmacy owners, understanding how their businesses operate and demonstrating how RxWeb can help them work more efficiently and grow. Some meetings will already be in the diary, but many will come from your own initiative. The best people in this role don't wait for opportunities—they create them.
You'll have the freedom to manage your territory like it's your own business. We'll provide a trusted product, a respected brand and the support you need, but you'll be responsible for building relationships, creating pipeline and delivering results.
We're looking for someone who is personable, credible and consultative, but underneath that, a genuine hunter. Someone who enjoys getting out into the market, opening doors, earning trust and building long-term customer relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
