Company Description

A real BDM role, designed around the rest of your life

At Unique IQ, we're not just building software. We're rewriting what's possible for the UK home care sector. With AI at the heart of everything we do, our platform helps care providers up and down the country deliver smarter, safer and more compassionate care to the people who need it most.

We're growing, and as part of that growth we're investing in a part-time Business Development Manager role designed around genuine flexibility. If you've had a successful commercial career, taken a break for whatever reason, and want back into a serious sales role on terms that fit the rest of your life, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Description

The opportunity

This isn't a watered-down version of a sales role. It's a real BDM role, with real responsibility for revenue, real prospects, real deals, and real commission attached. The only thing that's different is the shape of the working week.

You'll be running discovery calls and product demonstrations with home care providers across the UK and Ireland, owning your pipeline, working warm leads through to close, and bringing our AI-first product story to life. You'll do this in hours that work for you, with a team that genuinely respects boundaries and trusts you to manage your own time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
