🚀 Business Development Manager - Payments | Field Sales

💰 £50k Basic | £100k OTE Uncapped | £6K Company Car Allowance

📍 Kingston upon Thames, Twickenham & surrounding areas

If you're a driven, commercially minded field sales professional who loves winning new business, this could be your next big move.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of a local territory, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and grow a high-value pipeline across retail, hospitality, leisure, and SME markets.

This is a true face-to-face new business role. You'll spend your days out in the field, meeting Owners, Directors, and MDs, identifying opportunities, and presenting market-leading card payment, mobile payment, and EPOS solutions.

  • Around 50% of appointments are provided, while you'll also have the freedom and autonomy to generate your own opportunities and build your pipeline.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven field sales / door-to-door experience
  • Enjoys winning new business and closing deals
  • Is motivated by targets, achievement, and uncapped earning potential
  • Is confident engaging senior decision-makers face-to-face
  • Takes ownership and thrives with autonomy
