SIBIE LTD Holding Group

Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group. We are an innovative company rapidly expanding our services to all of the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.

Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy within the pharmaceutical services space. This is a senior, target-carrying role: you'll own the full sales cycle for new business, build a strategic pipeline of clients and partners, and shape how we position and grow our service offering across markets. You will be selling services — not a physical product — so this role calls for strategic, consultative selling rather than transactional pitching.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end business development strategy, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organisations
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecasting accurately against revenue targets
  • Lead contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements that align with company goals
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build market presence
  • Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and identify priority markets and segments
  • Monitor competitor activity, regulatory shifts, and market trends to keep the company's positioning sharp
  • Report regularly on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market insights

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
