About the Role
We’re working exclusively with an ambitious and growing HealthTech business that is looking to make a key hire within its commercial team.
The business is already operating in a buoyant pharmacy market, with a strong territory and a proposition that is gaining traction. They’re now looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Business Development Manager to help take the business to the next level.
Role Details
This is a genuinely new-business focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities and converting conversations into customers.
- You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new pharmacy opportunities
- Running engaging product demonstrations
- Taking prospects through the full sales journey

You’ll need to understand the pharmacy environment, know how to engage pharmacy owners and decision-makers, and be comfortable selling a solution rather than simply a product.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Proven in B2B new business development
- Experienced selling software, technology, solutions or services into pharmacies
- Comfortable prospecting, qualifying and developing opportunities
- Confident delivering product/software demonstrations
- Commercially driven and motivated by winning new business
- Able to build relationships with pharmacy owners, senior stakeholders and decision-makers
