What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and target new business opportunities across medium to large enterprise clients
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Engage senior decision-makers and establish strong commercial relationships
- Lead prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through to negotiation and close
- Develop compelling commercial proposals based on client needs and business objectives
- Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms and close your own deals
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and performance data
- Consistently work towards agreed sales targets and revenue goals
- Use a structured and repeatable approach to prospecting, qualification and closing
- Build a strong understanding of the market and identify new areas for commercial growth
- Develop credibility quickly with prospects across international markets

Main Skills Needed
- Proven B2B new-business sales experience
- Strong track record of winning and closing new business
- Experience selling to medium and large enterprise clients
- Full sales-cycle experience, rather than purely lead-generation or SDR experience
- A quantifiable sales track record, including deal values, activity levels, conversion rates or target performance
- Confident communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Resilient, target-driven and commercially focused
- Structured approach to prospecting, qualification and pipeline management
- Experience with recognised sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or Sandler is beneficial
- Stable career history with evidence of sustained quota achievement
- Fluent, client-ready English
