London / Poland | Recruitment & Technology Solutions | Business Development

Templeton & Partners is looking for a Business Development Manager for Poland to help grow our presence across the Polish market. This is a role focused on landing and expanding enterprise clients, with the backing of an established international business, local infrastructure and an experienced delivery team.

You will be based in London, with regular travel to Poland, working closely with our local team to develop new enterprise relationships and expand existing opportunities. We already have an established Polish Sp. z o.o., a local office, three global banking clients and a strong delivery capability, meaning you will be joining a market where the foundations are already in place and the focus can be firmly on commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute a clear business development strategy for the Polish market
  • Identify, engage and win new enterprise clients
  • Build senior relationships across technology, procurement, HR and business leadership functions
  • Expand existing client relationships across business units, technology areas and hiring needs
  • Work closely with our local delivery team to convert opportunities into successful assignments
  • Build account plans and maintain a strong pipeline of target organisations
  • Identify opportunities across both recruitment and broader technology solutions
  • Travel regularly to Poland for client meetings, market development and relationship building
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and use data, automation and AI tools to support business development activity
  • Work closely with the wider international leadership and commercial teams to identify cross-border opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Templeton & Partners has been operating for more than 30 years, supporting global organisations with technology talent and solutions. We operate internationally through eight offices and work directly with major enterprise organisations, often across multiple countries. Our model gives our teams the opportunity to develop genuine long-term client relationships rather than operating purely through MSP or RPO structures.

In Poland, we already have the local entity, office, enterprise client base and delivery capability in place, providing the successful person with a strong platform to build from. With continued investment in our international markets, technology and delivery capability, we are entering another stage of growth and are targeting a team of around 100 people by the end of 2027.
