About The Role
One of the most desirable and sought after boutique interior design studios in London, that have carved out a name for themselves in the UK prime residential sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their social and welcoming London studio.
Renowned for their dedication to blending functionality with luxury aesthetics, their name, reputation and brand goes before them. They are a prominent and prestigious name in the prime residential space and are now looking to build on their already existing, and successful portfolio and client base to further expand their reach by developing new connections, identifying opportunities and building a strong pipeline of future projects.
Working closely with the senior management team, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on business development, managing incoming opportunities, nurturing current relationships whilst building on new B2B relationships. This opportunity would suit a proactive, natural relationship builder with a strong understanding of the luxury interiors and architecture sectors, ideally with experience across high-end residential, family offices, owners’ representation, or luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with private clients, developers, owner’s representatives, consultants, introducers and other relevant contacts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on luxury and prime residential
- Build and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring opportunities are followed through
- Develop the practice’s network across UK, Europe, with a longer-term focus on the US
- Collaborate with the senior team on business development and growth strategies
- Manage incoming enquiries and support the preparation of fee proposals
- Attend relevant conferences, events and networking opportunities
- Identify opportunities to grow the practice’s hospitality and FF&E offering

Key Skills/Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, client development role within luxury residential architecture/interiors
- Understanding of the luxury/prime residential market, ideally with experience working with private clients, developers or owner’s representatives
- Existing industry contacts are beneficial
- Commercially minded, proactive and entrepreneurial
- Highly personable, confident and relationship-focused with a passion for the luxury interiors/architecture space
- Strategic thinker with strong organisational skills
- Strong communications skills and a team orientated approach
