About the Position
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Product) to own the commercial development and performance of a Premium Lifestyle brand group within our Accessories & Peripherals portfolio.
The role focuses on premium consumer accessories, including cases, MagSafe and Apple-focused products, and combines product portfolio management, vendor relationship management, commercial planning and sales activation across the EMEA region.
You will work closely with ASBIS local entities, sales teams, vendors, marketing and demand planning to grow revenue and gross profit, develop the product range, support new product launches and maintain strong premium positioning across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the vendor relationship and product range across the full product lifecycle, from selection and introduction to end-of-life
- Drive revenue and gross profit growth across Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Caucasus
- Manage product assortment, range development and premium positioning
- Drive sell-out and sales activation through premium retail and marketplace channels
- Work with regional sales teams to secure product visibility, premium placement and effective channel promotions
- Lead new product introductions and vendor onboarding, aligning launches with customer needs, market trends and stock availability
- Negotiate vendor terms, rebates and marketing support within approved limits
- Prepare pricing recommendations and support commercial decision-making
- Work closely with Demand Planning on forecasting, procurement and stock availability
- Monitor ageing and slow-moving stock and coordinate sell-through and clearance actions
- Provide product knowledge, content and enablement to Sales and Marketing teams
- Analyze performance by SKU, brand, country and channel and identify risks related to revenue, margin and inventory

Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in product management or product portfolio management
- Background in IT, consumer electronics, premium accessories or related distribution
- Proven experience managing vendor/supplier relationships
- Strong vendor negotiation and commercial management skills
- Experience with product range and assortment management
- Understanding of revenue, gross margin and pricing management
- Hands-on experience working with sell-in, sell-out and inventory data
- Experience with product launches and/or vendor onboarding
- Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
- Experience working across multiple markets or international teams
- Fluent English
