Are you successful in sales or business development but feel someone else’s commission structure is limiting your earnings? The Auction Company is expanding across the UK, and we are looking for driven, commercially minded people to generate property auction opportunities and build relationships with sellers, estate agents, and property professionals.

Previous property or auction experience is not essential. We provide the training, technology, and ongoing support needed to build your knowledge and operate professionally.

This is not a salaried position. It is a self-employed business opportunity with the support of a national auction network behind you.

What’s in it for you?

  • Earn 2% of the final sale price on direct-to-seller instructions, with a minimum commission of £2,500 + VAT
  • Earn 1% of the final sale price on qualifying estate-agent opportunities, with a minimum commission of £1,250 + VAT
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • No postcode restrictions
  • Work across any area and property price range
  • Flexible working hours
  • Full operational support, allowing you to concentrate on generating business and winning instructions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
