Are you a natural relationship builder with a track record of winning business through networking, referrals and proactive sales activity? Do you thrive when given the freedom to manage your own territory, backed by the support, resources and credibility of an established brand?

We're recruiting for an exciting field-based opportunity within the property sector. This role would suit an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building long-term relationships and creating opportunities from scratch. This isn't a role where you'll be micromanaged. You'll have full ownership of your area, the autonomy to develop it as you see fit, and the backing of a successful and growing business that will provide the support you need to succeed.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for developing business across either South Yorkshire or the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire region, identifying new opportunities, building professional networks and generating property instructions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
