Your Main Responsibilities
- Sell Telecommunication solutions to businesses via face-to-face meetings booked by our telesales team.
- Self-generate additional appointments and referrals.
- Build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM system.
- Gather and record all client details.
- Learn and develop a knowledge of the products available.
- Be confident and clear in dealing with potential customers and be able to give advice on solutions suited to their needs.
- Be driven within your role and strive to meet set targets.
- Self-manage your development through guidance from senior staff in your department.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have strong communication skills, both on the phone and through email.
- Be able to identify problems and have the ability to solve them.
- Be enthusiastic and driven to meet targets set by the team managers.
- Be able to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative.
- Be motivated and have good organization skills.
- One year’s experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Have GCSE maths and English level C or equivalent.
- Be comfortable using computer programs, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, CRM systems.

Training
To support your development, full training will be provided. This will include:
- Product knowledge
- Cold calling techniques
- Objection handling
- Training on our bespoke CRM system
