Your Main Responsibilities

  • Sell Telecommunication solutions to businesses via face-to-face meetings booked by our telesales team.
  • Self-generate additional appointments and referrals.
  • Build, develop and manage a pipeline of potential customers through a CRM system.
  • Gather and record all client details.
  • Learn and develop a knowledge of the products available.
  • Be confident and clear in dealing with potential customers and be able to give advice on solutions suited to their needs.
  • Be driven within your role and strive to meet set targets.
  • Self-manage your development through guidance from senior staff in your department.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have strong communication skills, both on the phone and through email.
  • Be able to identify problems and have the ability to solve them.
  • Be enthusiastic and driven to meet targets set by the team managers.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative.
  • Be motivated and have good organization skills.
  • One year’s experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
  • Have GCSE maths and English level C or equivalent.
  • Be comfortable using computer programs, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, CRM systems.

Training

To support your development, full training will be provided. This will include:

  • Product knowledge
  • Cold calling techniques
  • Objection handling
  • Training on our bespoke CRM system
