Business Development Manager - RackEye

North UK or South UK | Field Based | Permanent | Full Time

Protect what matters. Build what's next.

At A-SAFE, your work helps customers solve real operational and safety challenges. You'll identify opportunities, build relationships and help grow a technology-led solution that's changing how businesses manage and protect their racking systems.

We're looking for two Business Development Managers to support the growth of RackEye across the UK, with one role covering the North and one covering the South.

This is an opportunity to join at the start of an exciting growth journey. You'll help build a new technical sales category, combining proactive new business development with account growth and customer retention. If you're motivated by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them, this is a role where your impact will be visible from day one.

The Opportunity

RackEye is a growing racking management solution with significant potential across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and other operational environments.

You'll spend most of your time creating and converting new opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement and collaboration with A-SAFE's Area Sales Managers. At the same time, you'll develop and expand existing customer relationships, helping customers maximise the value of their investment and identifying opportunities to grow adoption across multiple sites.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
