Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients across the UK.
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, email, telephone, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and business decision-makers.
- Introduce and promote Arikos Group's recruitment services.
- Arrange and attend client meetings where required.
- Present recruitment solutions tailored to client hiring needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and help secure new client partnerships.
- Maintain an organised pipeline of prospects and business development activity.
- Work closely with the Director to support the successful onboarding of new clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the UK recruitment or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated success in winning new recruitment clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently engage senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other sales tools for prospecting.
- Good understanding of the UK recruitment market.
- Existing professional network within the UK business community is advantageous but not essential.
