Cybertill is Europe's leading cloud-based retail management platform, trusted by over 700 retail, charity, and visitor attraction organisations across more than 7,500 locations worldwide. Since pioneering cloud EPoS in 2001, we've been giving retailers a real-time, single view of stock, sales, and customers across every channel — in-store, online, and everywhere in between.

We're growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager with the credibility, commercial instinct, and drive to win new business at the highest level.

The Role

This is a genuine new-business role for an experienced, high-performing sales professional. As Business Development Manager, you'll own new customer acquisition across your UK territory — identifying, engaging, and converting qualified opportunities into signed, revenue-generating partnerships.

You'll manage the full sales cycle: qualifying opportunities, running compelling product demonstrations on-site and remote, building tailored proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals across our SaaS platform, EPoS hardware, card payment services, and professional services.

You'll be backed by a strong marketing and lead generation engine, an established CRM, and an experienced office team — but this is a role for someone who can also build their own pipeline through proactive prospecting and industry networking. Beyond new business, you'll manage a focused portfolio of key accounts, giving you a genuine, ongoing stake in customer success and a rich source of case studies and market insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
