The role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to win and grow our largest accounts. This isn't a churn-and-burn SME desk - you'll be working on national contracts with multi-site retailers, manufacturers, and utilities, the kind that take months to land and years to grow. You'll own your accounts end to end: prospect, pitch, price, negotiate, and stay involved once they're live.

Green Cross Global delivers first aid, fire safety, and mental health training to some of the UK's leading brands. We're nationwide, but small enough that every person is a key part of how it works. You won't be a number on a regional sales report - you'll have a voice in how we sell, what we offer, and where we go next, and decisions get made in a conversation rather than a committee.

We build our own technology in-house: client booking portal, trainer scheduling, learner portal. When a prospect asks for something our systems don't do yet, we can usually build it rather than explain why it's not possible.
What we're looking for
- Proven B2B new business record, ideally in training, compliance, H&S, or a related regulated service
- Experience selling into large, multi-site organizations and navigating procurement
- Comfortable running your own pipeline without being managed into it
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings

Sector experience is a strong plus, but we'll take a genuinely good salesperson from an adjacent industry over a mediocre one who knows first aid.
