Business Development Manager - Remote- Home based
Our client is transforming preventative healthcare by combining digital health technology, clinician-led services and wearable health monitoring to help individuals take control of their health before problems become illnesses. The business focuses on preventative healthcare solution’s that complements existing employee benefits.
As the business expands, they are recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand their intermediary and B2B partnerships across the UK.
The Role
This is a remote, business development role focused on creating new commercial opportunities with intermediaries and employer clients.

- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with organisations including employee benefits consultants, brokers, wellbeing providers, and corporate employers.
- Introduce preventative healthcare solutions and progress opportunities through to commercial agreement.
This is a hands-on sales role with no direct reports and offers genuine opportunity to influence the growth of an exciting healthcare business.
Candidate profile / experience required:
- Previous B2B business development or partnership sales experience
- Experience selling healthcare insurance and health services to corporate businesses would be highly beneficial
- Experience selling through or working with intermediaries, brokers, or employee benefits providers.
- A proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
