If you're a Business Development Manager who loves the buzz of winning new business, this is your opportunity to focus on what you do best. Join a growing property business where you'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, develop new commercial relationships and play a key role in the company's continued growth.

The Package

  • £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE) with Uncapped OTE up to £60,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Remote working
  • 45p per mile mileage allowance when using own vehicle
  • Free lunch when attending the office

Working with estate agencies and mortgage brokers across England and Wales, you'll generate new business opportunities, manage the sales process from initial contact through to activation, and hand new partners over to the Account Management team, allowing you to stay focused on developing new opportunities. This Business Development Manager role centres around proactive outbound business development, relationship building and commercial growth.

The Person

  • Proven track record in new business sales and achieving targets
  • Experience within a similar role supplying to the estate agency or wider property sector
  • Commercially minded with a consultative approach to sales
  • Confident building relationships both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Strong organisation, pipeline management and CRM skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient and proactive
  • Holds a full UK driving licence

The Business Development Manager Role

  • Identify and convert new estate agency and mortgage broker partners
  • Generate opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals and events
  • Manage the full sales process from first conversation through to signed agreement
  • Deliver presentations and tailor proposals to client needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting
  • Represent the business at networking and industry events
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the Account Management team
