Company Description

Rhythmic Care UK LTD is a domiciliary care provider based in East London, specializing in dementia care, injury care, learning difficulties, mental health, and other complex care needs. Over nearly 10 years, the organization has expanded across multiple London boroughs, including Tower Hamlets, Newham, Redbridge, and Havering. Rhythmic Care maintains key partnerships with businesses, local authorities, and organizations such as the NHS, supporting integrated and coordinated care.

Team members receive comprehensive training at an in-house training center, with a strong focus on healthcare best practices and safe service delivery in challenging contexts such as COVID-19. The company leverages dedicated apps and integrated systems to efficiently allocate professional carers and ensure responsive, high-quality support.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager – Rhythmic Care & Rhythmic Skills will identify and pursue new business opportunities across domiciliary care services and training offerings, building relationships with local authorities, NHS partners, and private sector organizations.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies, including market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of health and social care sectors, ideally including domiciliary care, training services, and working with local authorities or NHS bodies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders professionally.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and digital platforms to track leads, report performance, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with care and training staff, contributing to service improvement and client-focused solutions.
  • Relevant experience in business development or commercial roles within healthcare, social care, or related sectors; degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
