Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, Nuaire has ambitious growth plans.
The Role
Reporting to the regional sales manager the role will include selling Nuaire’s residential product portfolio to M&E Consultants.
The role will involve promoting Nuaire products through detailed presentation, assisting consultants with their design and ultimately gaining specifications for Nuaire products in the final project design.
- Tracking multiple projects from concept through the tender processes to negotiation of an order.
- Requiring some out of hours work, entertaining and developing strong business relationships with the customers in the geographic area.
- Working closely with contractor sales representatives in the region to continue its success and further increase business development in this top performing area.

The sales area comprises a mix of lucrative central London and Home Counties postcodes.
Key Responsibilities
- To Account manage, service and secure business from our existing customers.
- Develop new business opportunities with lower spending high potential accounts.
- Seek out and develop new prospects and accounts.
- Build relationships with the new and existing customers.
- Develop strong specifications by using our key USP’s and product range to enable our contracting team to negotiate through to order.
- Work closely with the contracting sales team, internal sales and Residential office to provide a high level of sales, sales support and service to the customer base.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through gaining and maintaining specifications.
- Achieve Key Performance targets to continue success and growth in the area.
The Person
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and driven to succeed in competitive sales. You will form part of a successful team who are eager to assist, plan and support each other in order to achieve their objectives and the team’s aspirations. You should be proactive and always looking for new ideas to grow the business in the region along with the following:

- Knowledge of the construction, mechanical specification and contracting within the building services industry is a requirement.
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven contacts and existing relationships in the area.
- A good knowledge of HVAC system design and/or controls would be an advantage.
- A proven history in Sales within a suitable industry would be preferred although full training will be given.
- A level of computer literacy is required for report writing, presentations and use of the company CRM system for sales forecasting and call planning.
- ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in relevant discipline; Engineering, Science, or Business etc.
- Must hold a current UK driving licence.
