About Buildscout

Buildscout was founded with a clear mission: to empower property and construction professionals by transforming planning application data into valuable sales opportunities.

If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have a passion for SaaS sales, property, and construction, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll sharpen your sales, negotiation, and business strategy skills while working closely with industry experts and startup leaders. If you’re motivated by fast career progression, autonomy, and high earning potential, we’d love to hear from you!

Buildscout is backed and supported by Searchland, the UK’s leading B2B prop-tech company transforming how businesses and individuals access and leverage property data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Attend trade shows, industry meetups, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve sales processes and product offerings.
  • Take ownership of personal sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Help refine and optimise the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in prospecting and closing deals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
