The Company
Established in 2018 by a chap who is in the worlds Forbes 30 under 30, these guys have begun really dominating the global Solar & Battery distribution (inverters, panels and mounting systems) industry in the last few years. However, the UK is now their priority growth region.

Most importantly they are the Platinum Distributor for Europe’s leading inverter systems. Additionally, they are now introducing their own mounting system which will be 10% cheaper than all competitors – the growth is about to rocket even further.
The Role and Package
Business Development Manager (Senior BDM = DOE)
- Salary: £45,000 – 50,000 basic + £8,500 car allowance
- Commission: Uncapped commission (0.5% of sales)
- Work Arrangement: Remote / flexible working
- Focus: Outbound focused but still provided with great inbound leads & marketing

To note, a couple of the team are generating £1 million in sales per month this year, and that is expected to increase further with the launch of the new mounting system. There are currently only five salespeople in the UK.
