We are partnering a fast-growth, PE-backed software business
Providing enterprise-grade platforms of large social housing and government customers, and a leadership team that's scaling hard without losing the culture that got them here.
Right now, all the team is hitting target. The top performer is running at 130%. That's not luck - it's a business with genuine product-market fit, a loyal customer base, and a sales leader who's lived the journey himself: started as a junior rep and is now Head of Enterprise Sales five years later. He's not looking to hire someone to fill a seat - he's looking for the next version of himself.
This is a genuine 360°, cradle-to-grave sales role. No SDRs. No inside sales conveyor belt. You own the full cycle - from first conversation to close. You'll work a hybrid hunter/farmer patch: driving migrations and upsells through the existing customer base, while building the credibility and pipeline to land ambitious new logos. Migration deals move fast - 2 to 3 months. New-logo wins are a longer, more strategic play - 12 to 15 months of consultative selling into complex, transformational projects. If you like the quick win and the long game in equal measure, this is your kind of hunting ground.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
