UNiDAYS is building the next generation of its business around Identity and Verification - and this role sits at the heart of that transformation. As Business Development Manager - SaaS & Partnerships you will be responsible for driving commercial growth of UNiDAYS Identity & Verification solutions by winning new partners and driving greater usage from existing ones. You will join at a critical inflection point as verification becomes a primary growth engine for the company, expanding beyond retail into Social Media, Subscriptions, Technology, Fashion and Beauty. This is a quota-carrying, strategic sales role with a clear mission: acquire and grow partners onto UNiDAYS verification platform at scale.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close - while also identifying opportunities to expand verification across UNiDAYS existing SME partner base. You will work closely with Product, Legal and Commercial teams to bring new verification solutions to market, shape go-to-market strategy, and ensure partners successfully integrate UNiDAYS technology into their platforms. This role is ideal for a commercially driven SaaS seller who wants to help build and scale a category-defining product in Identity & Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead partner-facing initiatives from prospecting to close. You will be responsible for securing new target partners and driving the adoption of our verification solutions.
- Drive Global Revenue: You are accountable for partner acquisition and building high-value, long-term commercial relationships that contribute directly to the company’s bottom line.
- Strategize & Upsell: Identify and unlock growth opportunities within the existing UNiDAYS ecosystem (SME accounts), upselling technology to drive revenue reassurance and forecastability.
- Enable the Wider Team: Support Account Managers (AMs) and Account Directors (ADs) by building scalable, compelling pitch decks that streamline the sales process.
- Bridge Commercial & Product: Collaborate with Product teams to understand new tech solutions, support Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, and champion UNiDAYS’ technology capabilities both internally and externally.
- Analyze & Optimize: Monitor performance metrics and translate results into actionable insights for stakeholders, ensuring we are constantly optimizing partner-side integrations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
