Business Development Manager | SaaS Sales
Are you a driven sales professional looking to take the next step in your career with a growing software business? We're working with a client seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition, develop existing client relationships, and help accelerate recurring revenue growth within a thriving SaaS environment. Based in Hampshire, this is a hybrid opportunity offering a £40,000 basic salary with realistic OTE of up to £70,000.

Key Role Requirements
- Generate and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solution demonstrations through to negotiation and contract close.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, driving renewals, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to maximise lead generation and customer success.

Person Specification
- 2-3 years' experience in a sales, business development, or account management role, ideally within SaaS, software, or technology.
- Proven track record of identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers.
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
