New Business, Cold Calling, Outstanding Proposition

As part of continued growth, we're looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to develop new business opportunities across the SaaS and technology sector.

Basic Salary

  • A GBP 45,000 : A GBP 65,000

Benefits

  • Uncapped Commission (double your base)

Location

  • You can be based anywhere in the UK

Commutable Locations: Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Enfield, Chelmsford, Maidstone, Croydon, Guildford, Watford, Windsor, Bromley, Ilford, Canterbury, Romford, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Winchester, Southampton, Maidenhead, Slough.

  • This is a true new business role where you'll own the full sales process from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Your role will be to identify technology providers, vendors, SaaS development organizations with ambitious growth plans and introduce them to a solution that helps accelerate access to enterprise buyers, shorten sales cycles, and create qualified pipeline opportunities.
  • Ultimately selling the opportunity for prospects to have a minimum of 5 booked appointments with CTOs, senior procurement, IT Directors of firms who need their solution.
  • Target A GBP 20k per month (average order cA GBP 8k).

We're particularly interested in people who have sold:

  • SaaS platforms
  • Cyber Security solutions
  • HR Technology
  • MarTech and AdTech
  • Sales Enablement platforms
  • FinTech solutions
  • Data and Analytics platforms
  • Enterprise software solutions

with quick sales cycles (2:6 weeks).

Requirements: Business Development Manager, Sales Manager : SaaS

  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or subscription-based services - you'll need to understand the IT world, the language of those players, and the challenges they face.
  • A proven track record in new business sales and a history of winning and closing your own deals.
  • Experience selling into medium to large organizations (500+ staff).
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • The ability to quantify your performance through deal values, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • We're looking for ambitious sales professionals who know how to open doors, build credibility, and close business.
