Help Create Safer, Greener and Smarter Public Spaces

Are you a commercially driven Business Development professional who thrives on creating new markets, influencing major projects, and developing strategic partnerships?

At Clearview Intelligence, we're transforming transport and public spaces through innovative technology. We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our award-winning SolarLite Path solution across active travel, public realm, placemaking and sustainable infrastructure projects.

This is more than a sales role. It's an opportunity to shape a market, influence infrastructure investment decisions, and help create safer, more attractive environments for communities across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving the growth strategy for SolarLite Path across active travel, regeneration, public realm and sustainable infrastructure sectors.
  • Building relationships with local authorities, transport bodies, developers, consultants and industry stakeholders.
  • Influencing projects at the earliest stages, helping shape design and specification decisions before procurement begins.
  • Creating and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities that converts into long-term commercial success.
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with consultants, designers, contractors and delivery partners.
  • Representing Clearview Intelligence at industry conferences, networking events and stakeholder forums.
  • Contributing market intelligence, customer insight and strategic recommendations to support product and business growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
