The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your territory by identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and promoting a portfolio of innovative medical technologies.

You'll work closely with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, providing product education, supporting customer needs, and delivering exceptional service while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives and targets.
  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Promote and educate customers on the company's products and solutions.
  • Develop and execute effective territory business plans.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records.
  • Represent the business professionally at customer meetings, events, and industry activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in medical device or healthcare sales.
  • Proven ability to build and grow customer relationships.
  • Strong business development and territory management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
  • Commercially driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ years' experience in a field sales or business development role.
  • 3+ years' experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is advantageous.
