Business Development Manager – Specialist Property Finance

Our client is an established leading specialist property finance lender with significant growth plans, providing tailored funding solutions to brokers, property investors and borrowers across the UK.

The best of both worlds - work for a business that retains the entrepreneurial culture and agility of a specialist lender, while benefiting from the stability, investment and funding certainty that comes with being part of a UK Bank.

They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service, fast decision-making and a pragmatic approach to lending, ensuring brokers and customers receive the support they need throughout the entire lending journey.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable growing market-leading specialist property lender, as a Business Development Manager. Since launching nearly 10 years ago the business has built a strong reputation for service excellence and innovation within short-term property lending.

You’ll play a key part in growing the businesses’ Bridging, Refurbishment and Developer Exit lending (with BTL to follow at the end of 2026) by building trusted, long-term relationships with brokers. Rather than being desk-bound, you’ll have the autonomy to manage the region, spend time in the field, and work directly with introducers to structure complex property finance transactions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
