Company Description

At Quadient, we support businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation and growth journey, unlocking operational efficiency with reliable, secure, and sustainable automation processes.

Our success in delivering innovation and business growth is inspired by the connections our diverse teams create every day, with our clients and each other.

Job Description

Quadient Parcel Lockers Division has a number of new career opportunities to join a new team dedicated to finding and securing host locations. You would be helping create a brand-new business, working within an exciting, fast-paced work environment, allowing you to make an immediate impact on our company. We are looking for someone who is positive, creative and above all else, self-starting. You are probably from the parcels or retail industry, highly tech-savvy, and you understand the challenges facing the eCommerce industry today.

If you are looking for a company where everyone works together and "wears a few hats", "rolls up their sleeves" to get the job done, this opportunity may be perfect for you. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing sales team and further your career. This is a national role, so you can be based anywhere within the UK. There will be national travel involved, with a minimum of 3 days per week on the road with the others days at home.

Your role in our future:

Strategic account development

  • Identify and prioritise national and regional organisations capable of supporting large-scale locker deployment opportunities. Past examples would be companies like (but not limited to) Morrisons, Co-op, Shell, Freedom Leisure, Stonegate, Northern Rail.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans for target organisations, including stakeholder mapping, strategies and commercial objectives.
  • Research complex organisations to identify decision makers and influencers across property, operations, commercial, procurement, facilities, sustainability and executive leadership functions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities capable of delivering significant network growth.

New business development

  • Create and execute targeted business development strategies within priority sectors.
  • Engage senior decision makers through a consultative sales approach focused on long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Present compelling business cases demonstrating the commercial, operational, customer experience and sustainability benefits of Parcel Pending by Quadient.
  • Differentiate Quadient’s proposition within a competitive market and effectively position the value of an open locker network.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
