Stand & Deliver - Commission-Only Salesperson
Stand & Deliver, an ILM-accredited training provider within Safe Space Talent Group, is looking for a commission-only Salesperson to win and grow corporate learning and development business. This is a flexible, self-directed role for someone who can identify client needs, sell tailored L&D solutions, and build lasting client relationships — with real scope to grow accounts and earnings over time.
🛠️ What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new corporate L&D business opportunities
- Sell tailored training and consulting solutions matched to client needs
- Build and manage client relationships from first contact through delivery
- Grow existing accounts over time through repeat and expanded business
- Translate customer needs into practical, credible learning solutions

🎯 What we're looking for
- Ability to build credibility quickly with corporate clients and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to translate them into workable L&D solutions
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a commission-only basis
- Experience selling customised training, consulting, or L&D services preferred

💰 Compensation & progression
- Commission is uncapped and tied to delivery margin — the more you win, the more you earn
- Intended progression from commission-only to a retainer, and potentially a salaried role, once there is consistent revenue and demand
