About The Role
The role is based near Gatwick and is ideal for candidates with experience in energy suppliers or third-party intermediaries (TPIs). The primary focus of this position is to develop and expand relationships with TPI partners within a designated region, driving revenue growth and market penetration. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new TPI partners to enhance the company's market presence. Managing existing broker relationships is equally important, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The role involves providing comprehensive training and support to partners on products, services, and market developments, facilitating their understanding and effective promotion of offerings. Collaboration with internal sales and operational teams is essential to maximize opportunities and streamline processes. Additionally, the role requires proactive networking, attending industry events, and monitoring market activity and competitor offerings to identify new growth areas. Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and relationship management targets is a key performance expectation, contributing to the company's overall strategic objectives.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience within the energy sector, particularly with energy suppliers or third-party intermediaries. Strong relationship management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to business development are essential. Candidates should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A good understanding of the energy market, regulatory environment, and industry trends will be advantageous. The role requires a motivated individual with a customer-centric mindset, high levels of professionalism, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region are also necessary.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) across the assigned region to foster growth and collaboration.
- Identify potential TPI partners, initiate engagement, and facilitate onboarding processes to expand the company's network.
- Manage and maintain existing broker relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Provide training sessions and ongoing support to partners on product features, market updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and operational teams to maximize business opportunities and ensure alignment.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and meetings to generate new business leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Achieve and surpass set revenue targets and relationship management KPIs consistently.
- Prepare reports and forecasts to track performance, market insights, and strategic planning.
