Energy Sales Consultant
Location: Birmingham (Brindley Place)
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70,000+)

About the Role
As an Energy Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with commercial clients, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
You'll be expected to:
- Proactively generate new business through outbound sales activity.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Guide customers through the commercial energy procurement process.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and ambitious team environment.
Requirements
We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- At least 12 months' experience within commercial energy sales, energy brokerage, or a similar environment.
- Strong outbound sales and business development skills.
- Experience managing the full sales lifecycle.
- A driven, target-focused mentality with a passion for exceeding goals.
- A desire to progress their career within a growing business.
- A positive attitude and the enthusiasm to help build a successful new office.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of £30,000-£34,000 depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of £70,000+.
